These terms are between you and Heap Labs LLC and apply to the Table Jam website and app. By using Table Jam, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. The app is preparing for its first public release; descriptions on this website do not guarantee a release date or availability on every device.

Who can use Table Jam

You must be at least 13. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to your use. Adult content is for adults only and may have additional age restrictions. Follow the age rating and content notices for your version and location.

Your permission to play

Subject to these terms and the applicable app-store rules, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Table Jam for lawful entertainment. Table Jam’s software, artwork, game content, and branding remain the property of their respective owners. Do not copy or distribute the app or its content except where permitted by law or with permission.

Play responsibly

Do not use Table Jam to harass others, break the law, interfere with the service, bypass purchase restrictions, exploit security vulnerabilities, or automate abusive requests. Respect everyone’s choice to skip a prompt or stop playing. Keep devices secure and avoid unsafe physical actions. Games do not require drinking alcohol, gambling, or real-money wagers.

Purchases, passes, and subscriptions

Table Jam may offer free games, individual purchases, content packs, time-limited passes, and auto-renewing subscriptions. The purchase screen and store confirmation describe the price, access, duration, trial, and renewal terms before you buy. Device and regional availability may vary.

Auto-renewing subscriptions continue until cancelled through the store where they were purchased. Deleting the app does not cancel them. Trials may convert to paid subscriptions under the terms shown at purchase. Manage cancellation before the store’s stated renewal deadline. Time-limited passes expire after their stated period and do not renew unless expressly stated.

Apple or Google handles billing and purchase-related refunds under its policies and applicable consumer law. Permanent game or pack purchases are not recurring subscriptions; availability remains subject to compatible hardware, software support, and applicable law. Restoring purchases may require the original store account and internet access.

Availability and changes

We may update, change, or discontinue features for maintenance, safety, compatibility, or other operational reasons. Game availability depends on hardware capabilities, app version, and purchased access. Internet access is needed for downloads, store transactions, purchase restoration, and live updates. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. These terms do not remove remedies for paid content that applicable law provides.

Privacy

Our privacy policy explains information processing and your choices. App stores and other external services have their own terms and policies.

Disclaimers and responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, Table Jam is provided as available without additional warranties. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service where the law allows that exclusion. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer guarantees or liability for fraud or deliberate misconduct.

Stopping use

You may stop using Table Jam at any time. We may restrict access to online services when reasonably necessary to address abuse, security risks, or material violations of these terms. Any paid rights and remedies remain subject to applicable law and store terms.

Changes and questions

We may revise these terms as the service develops. The date above identifies the current version, and we will provide additional notice for material changes where required. Applicable mandatory consumer protections continue to apply.
